We are pleased to share that $1,224,914 in Partnership Grant Program (PGP) funding has been awarded through 41 members to assist 47 community-based organizations (CBOs) with operational and administrative needs. Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) members contributed $224,914 to CBOs in their communities. The Bank provided an additional $1 million in a 5:1 match of the qualifying member contributions.  

Awarded annually, PGP funds help strengthen ties between members and CBOs to effect positive change in their communities. Through this unique program, our members contribute $500 to $5,000 to a CBO, which the Bank matches at a 5:1 ratio. Members may apply for PGP grants in amounts ranging from $2,500 to $25,000.
