Registration for the 2025 Affordable Housing Program Workshops is Now Open!
Please join us for one of six educational workshops about the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas' (FHLB Dallas) Affordable Housing Program, homeownership set-aside programs such as the Homebuyer Equity Leverage Partnership (HELP) and the FHLB Dallas FORTIFIED Fund. Learn how funds can be used, how to apply and get your questions answered.
The FHLB Dallas Community Investment team will cover how to access funds for the purchase, construction and rehabilitation of affordable housing in Workshop I – Rental Focus. Workshop II – Owner Focus is dedicated to FHLB Dallas’ homeownership programs. Several dates and locations are available.
