We’re Internal Audit

The FHLB Dallas Internal Audit team is a group of analytical and agile professionals who provide employees with independent perspectives on policies and procedures with the objective of achieving operational efficiency. We evaluate FHLB Dallas’ internal controls – which include corporate governance and accounting processes – and ensure that we are in compliance with the law and regulations.

What separates our team from others is that our internal auditors get to see all the parts of the organization and understand how those parts fit together. Our unique vantage point gives us an overarching perspective and positions us as trusted business partners and advisors to FHLB Dallas.

What makes an internal auditor successful here is inherent curiosity and strong follow through. We possess unwavering integrity and trustworthiness and leverage our relationships at FHLB Dallas to get the job done. Our reports provide management and the FHLB Dallas Board of Directors with insight to improve processes and maximize service to FHLB Dallas departments and members. So it’s important for all our auditors to have a sense of ownership in their projects.
